An experienced Change professional is required to join a financial services organisation who are ranked in the Times Top 100 Best Companies to work.

You will work closely with the Change Framework and Governance Lead to implement effective change governance, providing assurance on all aspects of the change portfolio, taking responsibility for the planning, management, and co-ordination of assurance relatedactivities.

This will cover everything from smaller initiatives to larger projects, programmes, agile deliveries, value streams and ways of working.

You should have:

Experience as a Change Assurance Lead.
Knowledge of risk management
A strong understanding of riskbased assurance reviews.
Thorough understanding of E2E change lifecycle.
Understanding of business readiness activities.
Knowledge of agile techniques, project management, portfolio management and investment practices.
Experience of using Planview or a similar PPM planning tool.

Please note that this is a hybrid working role - 2 days per month onsite.
