THE ROLE:


Systems Solutions Design Manager

Join us as a Systems Solution Design Manager within our national operation where you will be working across a broad range of large-scale projects and change management.

You will be a valued member of the operation, helping us to achieve and surpass serviceand financial targets.

HYBRID WORKING
Hybrid / Ashby office with travel when required.


KEY RESPONSIBILITES:


  • Responsible for designing solutions for our digitalisation strategies
  • Technical problem solving
  • SME in key business systems
  • Experience with Microlise, Mandata, BluJay desirable
  • Attend and lead daily / weekly stakeholder meetings
  • Training and implementing solutions
  • Carry out demos to both internal & external stakeholders
  • Lead pilot programmes and teams through change management
  • Daily / weekly reporting to senior management and stakeholders
  • Master data management for key business systems
  • System compliance and management support

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:


  • Excellent Business and Technical Acumen
  • Significant experience working with & influencing key stakeholders of all levels
  • Technical experience with system integrations
  • Proven ability to translate strategic business plans into welldefined technical and implementation plans
  • Strong project and change management skills
