Description
Very established client require an After Sales Administrator to join their Customer Service Team. You will be based in a friendly and supportive open plan office.


Duties include:
Liaising with customers to ensure they receive a high standard of customer care

Liaising with carriers to ensure swift, on-time delivery

Resolving any issues that may arise in a professional and satisfactory level

Logging activities onto data base

Liaising with internal departments

Writing correspondence

Full time hours.
