Do you have experience in the merchant trade or counter sales, and are you a strong customer relationship builder?

We have exciting opportunities for driven and ambitious Inbound Sales Advisor's to join a family feeling team and fast growing business based in Hinckley, Leicestershire.

As a member of the Inbound Sales team, you will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries, negotiations and quotations.

Developing new and existing accounts whilst working in a relaxed and motivating environment, helping continuously shape the future of the business as a key member of the team.

Benefits

Basic salary is £25,000 to £30,000 per annum (DOE)
Quarterly bonus structure

Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for inbound enquires and outbound sales calls to existing and potential new customers.
Ability to achieve personal and department targets, working collaboratively and proactively to ensure target is reached.
To assist with the implementation of department sales and marketing strategies.
Provide basic technical assistance and recommendations when required.
Maintain and update customer relations management system.
Maintain and increase the conversion rate of quotations to orders.
