Do you have experience in the merchant trade or counter sales, and are you a strong customer relationship builder?


We have exciting opportunities for driven and ambitious Inbound Sales Advisor's to join a family feeling team and fast growing business based in Hinckley, Leicestershire.

As a member of the Inbound Sales team, you will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries, negotiations and quotations.

Developing new and existing accounts whilst working in a relaxed and motivating environment, helping continuously shape the future of the business as a key member of the team.

  • Basic salary is £25,000 to £30,000 per annum (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for inbound enquires and outbound sales calls to existing and potential new customers.
  • Ability to achieve personal and department targets, working collaboratively and proactively to ensure target is reached.
  • To assist with the implementation of department sales and marketing strategies.
  • Provide basic technical assistance and recommendations when required.
  • Maintain and update customer relations management system.
  • Maintain and increase the conversion rate of quotations to orders.

About You, Skills and Attitude

  • To have experience in working for a building or trade merchants
  • To have experience in a salesbiased role
  • Experience in customer relationship building
  • Actively demonstrate the values and behaviours of the company
  • To have a positive cando attitude and willingness to learn
