Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Processing purchase orders
  • Offering attendance dates and our clients
  • Schedule engineers diaries
  • Issuing Risk Assessments & Method Statements
  • Any other admin tasks required

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in office software such as Outlook & Excel
  • Strong communicator both written & verbally
  • Show attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Able to multitask
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Administrative experience is a plus

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
£22,750.00 per year
