Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase orders
- Offering attendance dates and our clients
- Schedule engineers diaries
- Issuing Risk Assessments & Method Statements
- Any other admin tasks required
Qualifications:
- Proficient in office software such as Outlook & Excel
- Strong communicator both written & verbally
- Show attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Able to multitask
- Professional phone etiquette
- Administrative experience is a plus
