Andersen is a premium offering, centred on beautiful design that the customer can tailor to match their house.

Based in Stewartby (between Milton Keynes and Bedford), we manufacture our charge points in the UK and have a team of highly qualified electricians to install our charge points across the country.

A key part of our customer proposition is a top-quality customer installation experience.

In this role, you'll be responsible for making sure we maximise the effectiveness and flexibility of our home charger installation team of fully skilled engineers to deliver on this promise.

Key goals will be further reducing customer waiting times and improving operational KPIs to ensure efficient operation and maintain exceptionally high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Logistically manage our team of currently 14 skilled electricians covering the UK..
Continuously develop and improve installation appointment scheduling systems and operations.
Actively and energetically manage the daytoday operation of scheduling national installations on a dynamic basis
Work with the head of installations to comanage quality and training standards of our team of installation electricians

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
