Description
We are working for a leading organisation who are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team. This role would offer heaps of training, progression and hybrid working.


Responsibilities:


  • Processing a high volume payroll using SAP
  • Processing of weekly and monthly payrolls by BACS of hourly, shift and Salaried paid employees using SAP including:
  • Administration of starters, leavers and changes using our on-line portal (SharePoint)
  • P45's and tax code adjustments
  • Leave payments including holiday, sick, maternity, paternity etc
  • Various overtime, allowances, and other pay items
  • Production and distribution of online payslips
  • Querying exceptional payments with Pay and Benefits Manager & Local Divisions
  • Reconciliation of AEO, Unions, PAYE, NIC Levy
  • Process Furlough Claims via the payroll and process the claims via HMRC portal
  • Administer a variation of pensions, (LGPS, GPP etc) reconcile to the GL and raise payments
