Job description:
- Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints.
- Escalating enquires to relevant team members.
- Using different software such as Microsoft packages, Zendesk and Slack.
- Building rapport with customers.
- A minimum of 6 months experience in customer service roles
- Motivated
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Technically literate
- Confident with using different communication channels.
