This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Health Visitor to develop a specialist HV role in the community as part of a Surrey-wide service to improve access to health for children and families who are experiencing homelessness, including asylum seekers and refugees and Gypsy, Romany and Traveller (GRT) communities in the county, who face multiple barriers to healthcare.

This national award-winning service is now approaching its fourth year and has produced a number of successful and ongoing developments, such as in-reach Public Health clinics in asylum hotels, an online health forum for Traveller women which is co-delivered and produced with women from GRT communities.

This role is fixed term until March 2024.
