Description

Responsibilities:

  • Organise property inspections for potential buyers.
  • Place ads for investment properties on Electronic platforms.
  • Arrange property inspections for valuers.
  • Organising the sale brochures being created.
  • Fact checking the sale brochures.
  • Ensuring that the properties we are selling have EPCs, Asbestos Surveys and other relevant material such as leases.
  • Chase updates on legals and keeping the transactions moving when necessary by also liaising with purchasers.
  • Data List management i.e. ensuring that the correct investors get the correct brochures and investors do not get sent the same property twice.

Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant within the Property Industry
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • IT literateduties may be assigned as needed.

Salary:
£35,000.00 per year

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

Property Administration: 3 years (preferred)

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Harrow (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Harrow: Relocate before starting work (required)
