We are hiring

NT's Loft is an intimate bar and club with a terrace overlooking the East London skyline. The space boasts an impressive dance floor, an upgraded Function

  • One sound system and an allweather heated terrace and a retractable roof.


We are looking for enthusiastic Bartenders to join our team, with a flexible working schedule throughout the week and weekend.

Summer is around the corner and we can't wait

A minimum experience in the hospitality industry is required of 1 year. General classic cocktail knowledge is a must.


You will always be yourself, as Individuality and your own personal style is valued higher than just "fitting the mould".


Requirements:


  • Time management
  • The ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • The ability to be a team member and work under pressure.
  • Problem solving and creative thinking.

Job Description:


  • Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly manner.
  • Making drinks in a timely manner and following menu specs at all times.
  • Keeping the bar clean and tidy throughout shift.
  • Setting the bar and breaking the bar down before and after shift, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness at all times.
  • Offer customers knowledge of cocktails making their experience welcoming and friendly.
  • Working well with other team members and supporting each other when needed.
  • Restocking the bars and store rooms, rotating new and old stock.
  • Knowledge of all drink menus and specs.
  • Knowledge of allergens
  • High standard of customer service
Wednesdays - Sundays

(Fridays and Saturday are required)
