Job title - Medical Secretary / Receptionist
Requirements:
Must be proficient in Microsoft office and be willing to learn new software
Must have GCSEs English maths and ICT grade A*-C
Must be able to take large number of telephone calls to relieve manager
Must be knowledgeable and experienced in working within CQC guidelines
Office experience essential
Must show organisational skills & use initiative
Roles and responsibilities
Daily running of the office
Lending support to registered manager, medication ordering and management, working to CQC requirements
Use of Microsoft office
Create and maintain staff files alongside training documentation (matrix)
Taking phonecalls from families and professionals, answering the front door and directing visitors appropriately
Dealing with multidisciplinary teams
Paperwork, filing and archiving
Diary management
Stock check and ordering of PPE and care/office supplies
General procurement
Booking of activities for residents wellbeing
Legal documentation
Some recruitment involvement (advertisements)
Salary:
£21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
