About the role

Insight & Performance Partners work with stakeholders across Macmillan to understand their business problems, help them access and use existing insight, and act as the 'front door' into Insight and Performance to commission insight and data analysis to help us achieve our strategic goals.

In this particular role you will partner with teams including Innovation and Strategy, working to understand Macmillan's performance and impact and to help us define our future direction.

About you

You are exceptional at establishing and maintaining relationships, able to understand a broad range of Macmillan's activities - particularly our services and partnerships work - and can draw on your technical and experiential know-how to scope, commission and sponsor Insight & Performance projects that drive the organisation's thinking, delivery and performance forward.

About us

We help millions of people with cancer across the UK live life as fully as they can through physical, emotional and financial support.

Our values are at the heart of who we are and everything we do, inspiring our thinking and guiding our actions.

Together, we do whatever it takes for people living with cancer; with heart, with strength and with ambition.

We strive to do everything we can to ensure our workforce is representative of the people we support, and those who support us.

We advocate for being an inclusive organisation, where everyone can feel they belong and where there are no barriers to success.

We want every individual to feel empowered to bring their best to work, and that's why we offer flexibility in our working locations, working hours and benefits so we can support you in your life and career, and we welcome a conversation abut how these options can best support you.

We offer a range of flexible working patterns, such as compressed hours, e.g.

34.5 hours in 4 days instead of 5, flexibility to work earlier or later around our core working hours of 10am-4pm and more options.
