Simply Eco Ltd are currently recruiting for an
Internal ECO4 Technical Monitoring Agent.

The role involves extensive travel around the West Midlands area and further afield to undertake ECO Technical Monitoring and Quality Assurance Inspections on various energy efficiency measures installed by the business to provided quality assurance with regards to the works completed.

As this is an internal position, we seek an experienced individual with previous Technical Monitoring experience.

The measures to be assessed include Boiler Replacements and Heating Controls, Smart Controls, Loft Insulation, Floor Insulation, Room in Roof Insulation, Cavity Wall Insulation and more.

Inspections may involve C- pre-installation checks, C- live visits during an installation and C- Post Installation Inspections.

Work split
75% on site/ field and 25% Working from Home.

Ideal applicant:

The ideal applicant will be a Domestic Energy Assessor, and must hold further Retrofit Qualifications such as Retrofit Assessor or Retrofit Coordinator.

Hold an ACOPs Gas Safety Awareness Certificate and other industry approved qualifications.

Salary:

A fantastic remuneration package of £40'000.00 plus fuel costs are available for the right individual as a starting salary. However, ideal applicants will have access to their own vehicle and have a Full UK License.
