The Offer:
- Annual Salary of up to £65,000 doe and location
- 12 months contract PAYE within IR3 paid weekly basis + with a possibility of extension.
Experience required:
- Good understanding of enterprise cloud software and concepts such as Single Sign on, integration with cloud service providers, APIs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify and clearly explain technical concepts to a nontechnical audience.
- Experience in troubleshooting of customer and partner escalations in a ticketbased workflow.
- 1+ years of Project Management experience preferred, some understanding of incident and escalation management best practices is an advantage.
