Power and Renewables, Energy


We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Power and Renewable Energy sales team to support the team in growing our extensive book of clients and to raise the profile across the business both internally and externally.

This is the perfect role for an individual with marketing knowledge, operational and analytical capabilities ideally which have been gained primarily within the insurance broking industry but open to other industries.

We will rely on you to:

  • Work with the Power and Renewables Sales Leadership to drive a consistent Sales Operations model across the business, including but not limited to supporting growth campaigns, financial reporting and initiative success tracking
  • You will be required to lead the planning, coordination, advertisement and running of all team marketing events & campaigns
  • Support the team to drive sales growth
  • To lead other growth focused projects aligned to Power and Renewables such as team communication, events and marketing

What you need to have:


  • A marketing skillset and an ability to be innovative in marketing approach.
  • Excellent analytical skills which you can use in your daytoday role, including but not limited to performance monitoring, sales planning and strategy development.
  • Value Proposition develop, communicate and promote internally and externally Industry Collateral / Thought Leadership and to support the delivery of a suite of segment collateral (i.e. Thought Leadership, Advisers, Newsletters etc.) through a defined annual marketing plan supported by marketing campaigns and client events / roundtables all designed in conjunction with department Leadership
