Face to Face Fundraiser (Belfast)

Location:
Across Northern Ireland, travel paid for all locations out of Belfast City Centre

Salary:
£10.50 per hour
, 40 hours contracted per week, £420 weekly pay. Paid Friday one week in arrears. Opportunity to increase earnings through our performance related pay scheme.

Benefits: 28 days holiday (including public holiday), Bonus Scheme, Realistic Targets, Progression Pathways, enrolment into company pension scheme.

Working Hours: 11am - 8pm Monday - Friday, with an hour's break. Opportunity to work additional hours over the weekend.

We are seeking an experienced face to face fundraisers or sales people to join our office in Belfast working on a door-to-door campaign in Northern Ireland on behalf of a well-known and respected children's charity.

Qualifications and Skills:
Preferable to have previous experience in a face to face fundraising or sales role, preferably in a door-to-door capacity.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with people from various backgrounds.

Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

Resilience and perseverance in the face of challenges, maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
