Scrum Master

1 day in the office per week

Calling all experienced Scrum Masters looking for a new challenge

Join at the start of the Agile transformation, take the lead on specific initiatives and value streams.

You will be a natural coach and have effectively lead the day to day activities of squads, talk about coaching and facilitation rather than just managing.

You will be responsible for the coordination and day-to-day activities of squads, comprised of Software, Data, DevOps and QA Engineers, Data Scientists and Architects.

Agile principals and Scrum values will be part and parcel of your skillset and you will be able to lead by example.

You will:

Guide and support a crossdisciplined squad employing agile values, principles and practices to deliver value to our business
Ensure stakeholder engagement, communications and expectations are appropriately managed and aligned
Facilitate a daily scrum, refinement, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospective
Coordinate shared release management activities across multiple squads.
Work with the other members of the Agile Chapter to share knowledge, best practices and develop as a team
Actively participate in the wider Agile / Dev Ops community

We need someone who has proven experience in a similar role, experience coaching squads of people and of course excellent communication skills.

Excellent Agile and Scrum experience is of course essential
