Multi Skilled Trades Customer Care Technician

Fawkes & Reece are working alongside a 5* national house builder with requirements for an experienced Customer Care Technician with a multi-Skilled Trades background in West Mids


The Client
A Multi Award winning and nationally recognised 5* house builder with developments across the UK.

They are known for building high quality homes, providing excellent Customer Service and standing above their competitors in the market.

With over 30 yearsin the industry and continual growth they are an expanding team.


The Role
Completing planned remedial work for new build house defects.


Duties

  • Problem Solving
  • Resolve Properties defects in new home buyers properties


  • Organization

  • Facilitate accurate record keeping for the customer care team
  • Time Management attend appointments on time, allowing sufficient time to complete the required work
  • Reporting effectively reporting repetitive defects in a timely manor
  • Customer Service a professional and friendly approach to customer service and completing tasks to specification and customer requirements
  • Accuracy completing the required paperwork and administration

Skills and experience

  • Multi-Skilled trades Background
  • Problem solving and working from you own initiative
  • Excellent communication, motivation and attention to detail
  • IT competency
