• An interest in online marketing and the Psychology of how to position a brand/artist, in a way which appeals to a particular demographic.
• Timekeeping considerate and supportive of your wider team.
• Ready to do remote learning prior to starting in this position.

• Support Campaign Directors on marketing strategies for flagship clients.
• Become proficient in the creation of ad campaigns within Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Manager and Google Ads.
• Maintain and update project tasks as briefed.
• Tracking of analytical data.
• Assist Campaign Directors with other adhoc tasks, such as setting up new template boards, Asana updates, budget estimates, stats tracking, sales tracking and report writing, where appropriate.
• Report to Campaign Directors on important issues, or issues that you can't resolve.
• Efficient note taking within client calls.
