About the role:


Are you an experienced and highly analytical Business Analyst looking for an exciting opportunity to work with key business stakeholders and drive successful project deliveries? We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Senior Business Analyst, working hybrid form out Hatfield head office.

As a bridge between customers, business, and delivery teams, you will play a pivotal role in interpreting, analysing, and communicating business requirements, ensuring effective design and delivery of projects.


You will be:


As a Senior Business Analyst, your main responsibility will be collaborating with key stakeholders to document, analyse, and communicate business requirements, supporting projects from design to delivery, including UAT and business readiness.

You will bridge the gap between customers, business, and delivery teams, translating business needs into understandable language for stakeholders and technical teams.

Additionally, you'll design non-technical solutions, champion change, and ensure successful project implementation.

Your analytical and communication skills will be essential in providing vital analysis and evidence for senior leaders to make informed decisions on change projects, while quantifying and planning benefits.


About you:


  • Extensive Business Analyst experience (min. 6 years).
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Selfmotivated team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Proven ability to work alone in ambiguous situations.
  • Ideally experienced in Logistics services and/or strengths in Workforce Management and Human Capital Management.
  • Extensive experience delivering IT/technical projects.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency in structured solution design techniques (e.g., Design Thinking, UML, or BPMN).
  • Experience designing processes and operating models to meet organisational needs.
  • Proven relationship management with senior stakeholders.
  • Solid expertise in translating customer business needs into operational requirements.
  • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, IT teams, and Third-Party Suppliers.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and collaborative approach.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Highly organised and disciplined, delivering on commitments.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution to achieve consensus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for clear decisionmaking.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools for creating impactful presentations.
  • High selfawareness of capabilities, strengths, and areas for development.
