You will be confident when answering the phone and have a customer focused attitude.

You will be responsible for a variety of general office duties and will have basic computer skills as well as a good awareness of social media.

Your duties will include but not be restricted to

Data inputting

Answering calls and dealing with customer enquiries - providing the best customer service at all times

Helping The Window cleaners who are in the field with any Queries that arise

Involve online advertising for the company

You will be working closely with our office manager but will be capable and have the initiative to work unsupervised.

Good timekeeping is essential as is your willingness to be prepared for any office tasks asked of you to help the smooth running of the business.
