Involving the students and encouraging practical learning is the core philosophy.


Duties will include:


  • Ensuring all staff know about council processes and requests
  • Following up with staff to ensure all councils have exactly what they have asked for
  • Ensuring all tasks set by the council are completed within time scales specified
  • Attend regular meetings and record minutes with Director
  • Update transactions weekly on quickbooks with relevant invoices
  • Arranging Couriers/Delivers for Camp Equipment at Venues
  • Communicating all delivery information to staff effectively
  • Sourcing venues by Telephone and completing all booking forms
  • Answering all venue queries
  • Maintaining spreadsheets with accurate data
  • Helping with general office administration
  • Packing and posting packages and Marketing packs
  • Creating and formatting documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be confident on the phones and be able to negotiate
  • Have excellent organisational, time management and multitasking skills
  • Be calm under pressure and be able to meet deadlines set
  • Have good problem solving skills
  • Have a proactive approach with ability to use own initiative
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to liaise at all levels
  • Be an enthusiastic selfstarter
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Word, Excel, Outlook, Quickbooks
  • Confidentiality essential
