Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist, who will be developing, implementing and managing the digital marketing plan, digital content and creative assets, focussing on demand generation, and creating awareness and stickiness of our brand online.


The role spans all digital territories, such as Social Media, Website, Campaign-specific landing pages and digital partnerships and ensures relevant audiences find and interact with our brand online.

The world is yours, as this is a global role based in London, UK, where you will report directly to the Head of Marketing.

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will have these main objectives:

  • Social media campaigns
  • sponsored and organic
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
  • Create original, targeted, content with clear messages and Calls To Action (CTAs) for digital channels
  • Advise new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate endtoend customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, optimising the user experience
  • Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimise user funnels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to amplify online and offline content, optimising the user experience
  • Collaborate with agencies and other stakeholders and partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and include in relevant proposals
  • Support in the daytoday management of the company website
  • Support in the development, content creation, testing and launch of the new public website through multiple releases
  • Maintain appropriate knowledge of uptodate marketing best practices and relevant technologies, particularly in relation to digital marketing
  • Oversee daytoday relationships with external agencies to ensure all outsourced jobs are delivered to the agreed standard, on time and within budget
  • Provide administrative support to the team as required, including maintenance of marketing and branding policies and manuals

You will be a good fit if you:

  • Are degreequalified in a digital discipline, with proven work experience of at least 5 years as a digital marketing professional
  • Hold expertise in social media management tools such as HubSpot, Buffer, Sprout Social. In addition, you must also have solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Are experienced in implementing and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns, and are highly proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator)
  • Are familiar with web design and HTML
  • Have a proven record of successful digital B2B strategies and campaigns, with agency briefing and management experience
  • Possess excellent organizational and planning skills. You must be able to multitask and work under tight deadlines
  • Be a skilled communicator with the ability to negotiate and interact with external vendors as well as cooperate and influence cross functional across all management levels, up to Clevel
  • Are organised, commercially astute, proactive, with strong verbal & written communication skills
