Pearce Brothers Mobility are a local family mobility company who have an exciting new role to offer and are looking for an Mobility Consultant to join their team working in our showroom in Yate.


Responsibilities:

Meeting Customers' needs in our showroom in Yate, with the opportunity to visit clients' private homes and care homes.

Advising on the correct Mobility Products for our Customers' Needs.

Products include Wheelchairs, Walkers, Rise & Recline Chairs, Stair lifts, Beds, Bathing Equipment, Small Mobility Aids and Moving and Handling including hoists, slings and standing aids.

Completion of quotes, ordering and receiving goods.

Managing the teams diaries and organising works

Carry out Moving and Handling Tasks.

Keeping the Showroom organised, clean and tidy.

Maintaining and labelling stock and equipment and advise on resources necessary to carry out the job.

Work in collaboration with your colleagues to ensure the delivery of high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare support.


Referring back to the qualified Occupational Therapist and the team for support and advice ensuring that they are aware of any modifications.


Key Skills and Experience:

Customer service experience essential.

Strong organisational and administrational / time management skills

Computer literacy required including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge and experience with using SAGE preferable.

Experience of completing quotes, invoices, and ordering processes.

Knowledge and Experience with working in the Health and Social Care Sector is preferable.

Up to date Moving and Handling Training, Knowledge and Experience is preferable.

Knowledge and experience of risk assessment

Able to work confidentiality with health and social care professionals, service users and carers.

Able to carry out assessments and reviews independently.

Able to work within a team and support team members with tasks.

Motivated and willing to help within different job roles.

Able to drive and have own vehicle is preferable.

NVQ in Health and Social Care is preferable.

Salary:
£21,840.00-£26,960.00 per year
