Are you an experienced Plot Sales Fee Earner looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Look no further My client is a reputable, legal 500 law firm based in Leeds, seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join their Residential Property Team.

If you have a passion for complex buy-to-let matters and want to be a part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team, this could be the perfect fit for you.

As a Plot Sales Fee Earner, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of plot sales transactions within the buy-to-let sector.

Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient progression of transactions, from initial instruction through to completion.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with the firms clients, guiding them through the complexities of the plot sales process, and providing expert advice to meet their specific needs.

To be considered for this role, you will have demonstrable experience as a Plot Sales Fee Earner, ideally with 2 years of experience within a similar role but certainly with a strong residential background.
