Excellent, established boutique investor and asset manager with substantial investment from parent company.
Assets are predominently central London office-led mixed use.

Small, friendly and well-regarded team, great autonomy, interesting assets.

Experience and Qualifications

Relevant Degree >2:1 from reputable University.
MRICS
810 years' directly relevant, handson commercial real estate asset management experience
Substantial portion of this experience having ideally been gained working for a principal investor
Broad, multisector experience including, as a minimum, office, retail and ideally also alternatives
Exposure to direct interaction, including reporting, to senior level equity and debt capital partners
Demonstrable experience of devising strategic asset management initiatives, inputting into business plans, handson implementation of plans
Track record of direct delivery of successful leasing, regearing, refurbishment, redevelopment, and dispositions
Provision of AM input in relation to new acquisition decisionmaking
Effective management of thirdparty service providers.

Solid numeracy and financial modelling skills
Strong Excel /PowerPoint user, experience of Yardi is a significant advantage
Confident and articulate verbal and written communicator, good interpersonal skills
Sound judgement and decisionmaking skills
Good knowledge of the UK commercial real estate market and investment landscape
Strong existing RE networks and relationships
Native standard written/spoken English
Unrestricted ability to live and work in UK.
