  • about 5 hours agoWe are currently looking to recruit a Plant hire controller/administrator to start work ASAP for a reputable Groundworks and plant hire firm based in Durham
  • This role is to start asap
  • Full time, 37.5 hours a week, 84:30/8:30
  • Start on a 12 week contract with an opportunity to go permanent
  • Working for a reputable groundworks company with a head office based in Durham
  • Will be working within a small office based team
Role will include

  • Using InspHire system for the on and off hire of vehicles and machinery
  • Keeping accurate records
  • Route planning and logistics
  • Communicating with a variety of clients and customers and employees
  • Business administration
  • Raising invoices
  • Call Handling
  • Have a good understanding of the hire industry with previous experience with the InspHire system
  • Have previous experience working with plant and machinery
  • Already have a good knowledge of computing & IT Skills
  • Have good organisational skills
  • Be able to work and communicate with other team members, staff and clients
  • Up to date CV verifying previous experience within a similar role
  • Proof of right to work document
  • Minimum of 2 working reference ideally for a similar position
