Description
Fintelligent is looking for a competent Collections Advisor to join our leading finance organization, currently flourishing in Manchester.

You will receive a basic salary of up to £26,000 p/a (D.O.E.) as well as perks such as private health care, car benefit scheme, hybrid working, regular company events, and beautiful high-rise views of Manchester.

If you were already in this Collections Advisor role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week:

  • Recovering customer arrears via telephone, written communications, and/or any other digital methods introduced into the department/function
  • Setting appropriate and sustainable repayment arrangements
  • Showing empathy and care for our vulnerable customers
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure the customer receives the correct outcomes to collections issues raised
  • General administration duties
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to empathise with people
  • GCSE level of Maths and English
  • Honesty and integrity
  • A cando attitude
