Responsibilities:
- increase brand awareness and engagement

• Create and engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn
• Monitor social media channels for trends and news
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner including moderation of our peer support group
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns
• Analyse social media data and generate reports on key metrics
• Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing

Requirements:

• Proven work experience within Social Media
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in content creation and copywriting
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
• Creative thinker
