Would you like a new challenge as an administrator (Ward Clerk) supporting a Virtual Ward?
An opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Assistant to join our service at East Surrey NHS Hospital to support our Early Supported Discharge/Virtual Ward Team with administrative duties working with a dynamic and friendly team.
You will support the growth and success of the business by providing administrative support to the Clinical Services Manager and the wider multi-disciplinary team in line with both process and regulatory requirements.
Ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner and offer appropriate advice or direction to queries.

This all sounds great - What key skills do I need to apply:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages and has the capability to navigate way around complex IT systems
- Previous experience working in an administrative role where accurate data input and attention to detail were required
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal)
- Welldeveloped planning & organisational skills; meets priorities through good time management
- Takes a quality and methodical approach to work; paying close attention to detail and ensuring high standards of service are achieved in adherence with Sciensus policy
