Customer Order Co-ordinator, Maidstone

£27,000 Full time, Maternity cover 9 months

Late shift Mon - Fri

Overview

A global leading supplier of products and solutions are looking for a super organised, multi-tasking, admin strong, customer order co-ordinator to join their busy team based near Maidstone.


Role and Responsibilities:


  • Able to multitask with speed and accuracy
  • Able to work with customers to rectify complaints and resolve enquiries
  • Able to work cross functionally between external and internal departments and teams
  • Data entry and order processing
  • Comfortable communicating with transport and warehouse departments

Essential Skills & Experience:


  • Strong background in providing customer service is essential.
  • Excellent telephone manner and listening skills.
  • Team player.
  • Able to work under pressure, Pay attention to detail and multitask.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work under own initiative.

Package
- £27,000 per annum

  • 25 days of paid holiday a year, plus bank and/or public holidays
