Overview
A global leading supplier of products and solutions are looking for a super organised, multi-tasking, admin strong, customer order co-ordinator to join their busy team based near Maidstone.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Able to multitask with speed and accuracy
- Able to work with customers to rectify complaints and resolve enquiries
- Able to work cross functionally between external and internal departments and teams
- Data entry and order processing
- Comfortable communicating with transport and warehouse departments
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in providing customer service is essential.
- Excellent telephone manner and listening skills.
- Team player.
- Able to work under pressure, Pay attention to detail and multitask.
- Selfmotivated and able to work under own initiative.
Package
- £27,000 per annum
- 25 days of paid holiday a year, plus bank and/or public holidays
- Working hours of 13:00 22:00 Monday
- Friday
