Description

Lebern Support Services is seeking a support worker for semi-independent living to help vulnerable people live happy and independent lives.

The role is focused on supporting people to live their lives as independently as they can, keeping them safe, helping them to make choices, and ensuring that they lead full and rich lives in their community.

The support worker will be responsible for providing empathetic and practical support to young people living in the accommodation, including one-to-one and group support.

The role involves helping people with daily living and independent skills, socializing, supporting communication, keeping active, and medicine management.

  • Medication management
  • Record-keeping

Requirements:

Ø Experience in a similar role, such as support work or care work

Ø Maximum Level 3 in health and social care


Job Type:
Zero hours contract


Salary:
£11.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:


  • Level 3 Health ans
