Parts Advisor - Rygor Auto Parts Hub
Heathrow

From £29,000pa

  • 45 hours a week and Saturdays on rota

Your Role
Be part of something exciting and join us at our new Parts Hub in the Heathrow area.

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Trade Parts Advisor to join us to help us drive this new location in our business forward.


Day to day, you will be:

  • Carrying out inbound and outbound telesales calls for automotive parts to new and existing b2b trade customers.
  • Develop customer relationships and maximise upselling opportunities.
  • Working as a team to achieve site and individual parts sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure customer data accuracy, updating our CRM in line with GDPR.
  • Ensuring order accuracy.
  • Carrying out courtesy calls to customers before delivery van cutoff times.
  • Delivering exceptional customer servicer which is in line with the company's values of being Rewarding, Reliable and Respectful.
  • As a team player you will be happy to assist with other roles on site as required, including, but not limited to, stock taking and parts picking.
