Position:
Forklift Operator
Due to the Location you must have your own transport.

The Forklift Operator will be responsible for operating a forklift to move product from one location to another, and will also be responsible for loading and unloading product from the production line.

The position requires a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently. The position requires physical strength, as well as the ability to lift, push, pull and maneuver heavy objects.

Essential Duties:

Operate a forklift to move product from one location to another.
Load and unload product from production line.
Move pallets of product around the warehouse and loading dock.
Ensure that all inventory is accounted for in inventory management system.
Keep production line clean and organized at all times.
Maintain equipment in good condition.
Keep warehouse organized and clean at all times.
Complete inventory reports on a regular basis.
Complete daily end of day close out.
Complete inventory cycle counts on a regular basis to ensure that inventory is accounted for in inventory management system.
Complete daily end of day close out with information on inventory moved, loaded unloaded, days open and closed.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent experience of high school diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent experience of military service.

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Must be able to safely use a forklift with moderate to heavy lifting requirements of product from 20-50 lbs., daily movement of product throughout the day.

Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment. Must be able to work overtime as needed based on business needs and operations demands.

Salary:
£12.75-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
