Forenzix are a legal tech firm, providing software and process solutions to firms across the legal sector.

We use artificial intelligence and our unique calculation systems to create litigation reports that meet the exact requirements of our partnering law firms, who are working on behalf of consumers to claim against unfair lenders.

These reports are formed from the contractual, numerical and other account data from financial agreements.

Role Description
This is an entry level role suitable to a recent graduate type individual.

The Audit Assistant will be responsible for working in a team to complete a range of auditing tasks for different claim types.

This role is full-time on-site and permanent role. Please note that due to the nature of the role, there is no hybrid working or WFH.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Completing in-house auditing jobs for all case types within set deadlines

This will include:
case vetting, data entry, checking & reporting against complex criteria, audit, reporting and delivery of complex cases.

Maintaining master sheets to keep record and report on all cases in process. This will ultimately be used to verify invoices and quality of data received by law firms and lead providers.
Reporting upward both formally and informally on the quality of the data in batches received: SARs, criteria met, success rates, quantities. Flagging any potential issues and identifying need for training and development.
Actively considering and suggesting how accuracy and efficiency can be increased within the team.
Occasional research projects.

Likely aspires to work in finance as an accountant/actuary/quantitative analyst.
