LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR

We are on the look out for a Lettings Negotiator to join one of Farnham's leading Estate Agencies on a permanent part-time basis.

Hours 1pm-6pm Thursdays and Fridays and 9am-5pm Saturdays
Salary - £ ph depending on experience + paid business mileage
Key responsibilities for the Lettings Negotiator include,

Registering clients details
Showing tenants around houses

The ideal Lettings Negotiator will need,

A full UK driving licence and own transport
Be professionally presented with excellent verbal/written communication skills
Highly customer focused
Computer literate with good administrative skills
Previous property experience not essential however a genuine interest in property is key

Note this is a permanent part-time position for 18 hours a week
