What does the role involve?

As a member of the Pool Fleet Team, you'll be managing a variety of our customer's vehicles from arranging refurbishment of cars, vans and HGV assets, reviewing cost estimates to authorising the level of work to be completed using the British Vehicle Renting Leasing Association (BVRLA) standard.

You'll be responsible for monitoring the repair work as well as the billing.

Some of your key duties will include:

Arranging the collection of vehicles and managing the relocation
Overseeing the inspection of vehicles and searching for the most costeffective and sustainable options for repair items
Ensuring all assets meet a certain criteria before being allowed to progress into the rehome pool

What are we looking for?

You have an interest in motor vehicles and enjoy working in a highly engaging and fast paced role where you are in regular communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

You're an organised individual who enjoys seeing things through and planning your day to prioritise work and make sound decisions.

If you have knowledge of the BVRLA and or Smart repair process then this is not essential but welcomed.

Also, we're looking for the following:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including good Excel skills
Stakeholder management skills
Ability to think operationally and see the bigger picture
Effective communication skills
