Well, if you're interested in our Business Account Executive role, this might be your next step We are looking for a someone who is curious, proactive and has the desire to gain experience in a Commercial Sales team to join Edgewell Personal Care - a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Groomingjust to name a few).

Now, Let's Get Down to Business


Reporting into the Senior Business Account Manager you will support the Sales Managers in delivering budgeted invoice, net sales and gross margin within the designated account portfolio and financial year.

You'll pro-actively seek out and exploit all sales opportunities consistently to achieve short
- & long-term company objectives. In this role you will develop your skills, knowledge and attitude and can maximise your potential and contribution to our business.


Here's a sample of what you'll get up to:

  • Support the Sales Managers to achieve budgeted sales and gross margin profit targets in specific major accounts within A&P budgets and authorised pricing levels.
  • Network within accounts with appropriate contacts to ensure efficient day to day running of the account, developing positive working relationships.
  • Develop expertise in Account Reporting Systems e.g., Tesco Link; by running weekly or ad hoc reports to help support decision making and develop recommendations to optimise business performance e.g., Reduce stock holding, highlight noncompliance, top/bottom performing stores etc.
  • Provide Accurate Forecasts to the business and ensure effective communication with Demand Planning and Brand team to deliver agreed SOP, service level & working capital targets
  • Support Sales Managers with all administration relevant to the selling and negotiating within designated accounts, for example responsibility for New Line Set Up, Pricing Amendments, Promotional Briefing, liaising with Field Merchandising Team etc to deliver agreed activity in accordance with account deadlines.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to get some great experience within an International Consumer Goods company.

Ideally you will have some Sales/ Commercial knowledge or experience, will be proficient at Microsoft Office tools and have plenty of enthusiasm for learning and developing


Here's what we are looking for:

  • Commercial experience (Sales, Buying, Marketing, Category Development) within an FMCG environment (desirable)
  • Demonstrable experience of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and achieving deadlines.
  • Computer literate (essential) in Microsoft Office (including, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion, Positivity and enthusiasm for the role and our brands
