We are looking to add a talented Associate/Senior Associate to our Real Estate team to be based in Birmingham.


Our Team


Our Birmingham Real Estate team is led by partner, Ben Acheson, and has expanded rapidly since starting up in 2015.

The team deal with all manner of Commercial Real Estate work including investment and development transactions and acting for both landlords and tenants on commercial occupier work.

Examples of transactions the team have worked on include:

  • Acting for several of Persimmon Homes' regional offices on large scale residential development projects across the country.
  • Acting for Midlands' headquartered developers Court Collaboration, Godwin Developments, Henry Davidson Developments, A.C. Lloyd, Continental Gold, Decorum Estates and GW Padley on wide range of commercial and residential schemes across the country.
  • Acting for Birmingham headquartered Euro Property Investments and Wing Yip in advising on acquisitions, disposals, portfolio management and development projects across their substantial national portfolios.
  • Acting for specialist care home developers and operators including LNT Group and Kingsley Healthcare.

What You'll Be Doing
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a growing national team.

You'll have the chance to work closely with partners and be involved in high-profile work right from the start, working for many notable clients.


You'll have the opportunity to participate in relevant practice development initiatives, seek to get involved with business development opportunities and keep up to date with changes in relevant law and practice.


About You

  • A solid background of advising on Real Estate matters, ideally with some experience within development matters
  • Comfortable in having regular contact with clients and intermediaries and providing commercial solutions alongside legal advice
  • A clear enthusiasm for this area of law and a commitment to securing the best outcomes for your clients
