_Tracking and winning commercial new build and refurbishment projects across the West Midlands. Promoting a leading range of commercial flooring accessories to architects, designers, contractors, local authorities and distributors._

Products:
Commercial flooring accessories, entrance matting and wall protection

Customers:
Architects, designers, main contractors, flooring contractors, local authorities and distributors

Territory:
West Midlands - Birmingham, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire & Warwickshire

Package:
Competitive basic salary with a +35% OTE, hybrid company car, 26 days holiday, private healthcare, laptop, mobile and 6% pension contributions

The Role:

Promoting my clients industry leading range of commercial flooring accessories, alongside entrance matting and wall protection solutions
Inheriting an established and well performing area
Tracking and winning commercial new build and refurbishment projects across education, healthcare, retail, leisure, hospitality, highrise housing
A mix of specification and contractor selling, working with architects, designers, main contractors, flooring contractors and local authorities
Whilst also managing the relationship with a small distribution network that everything is backsold through

The Successful Applicant:

A field sales professional with consultative & structured approach to solution sales
Someone as comfortable developing existing accounts, as tracking and winning new business
Applicants with a flooring, flooring accessories or floor screed background will be readily received
As will field sales professionals with other commercial interiors backgrounds with a similar route to market
