Our client is a leading independent and award-winning firm of chartered accountants,financial planners and business advisers.
They now have an opportunity foraSenior Adviser to join their Accounting & Advisory team tolead a variety of client accountingservices.

About the role

This role would suit a highly motivated individual, looking to expand their current skill set and career by being part of a progressive team.

The Senior Adviserwill manage a range of accounting services for clients, as well as supporting and mentoring juniorteam members.

Key aspects of the role include:

Preparing accounts in accordance with the FRS102 and FSR102 1a, for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies;
Preparing management accounts, cashflow forecastsand projections using various accounting software packages;
Preparing corporate tax return information and review of computations;
Supervising, training and/or mentoring more junior team members.

The ideal person

The person will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a great organiser and able to work effectively in a team.

They will also be able to take their own initiative to contribute to the effective running of the department.
