We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Foreman to join a busy family-run building Contractors near Ipswich.

Well-established with an impressive portfolio of projects, my client is looking for someone with extensive experience and a provenbackground in Site Management.

Working hours:

As a Multi Trade Foreman you'll be required to work Monday - Friday 40 hours a week.

The successful Multi Trade Foreman will be offered:

An hourly rate which equates to £30,000
£40,000 per annum
Mileage allowance

To be considered for the Multi Trade Foreman role you must have:

Experience in residential and public builds
Must be an experienced multiskilled tradesman (ground works, demolition, stud, bricklaying, painting/decorating)
Site Management experience
Full UK driving licence and own use of vehicle
Supervising contractors/ other team members as part of a project, alongside their own direct building tasks and acting as a liaison between workers and supervisors

As a Multi Trade Foreman, your role will involve:

Travelling to different sites in the area
Management of a team of site staff
Be prepared to go on the tools if and when required
