Description
We are seeking to recruit an Outpatient Administrator who has a passion for high quality customer care.


As an Outpatient Administrator you will receive training and guidance to primarily provide booking support to the Somerset COVID vaccination programme.


You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including the booking and monitoring of COVID-19 vaccination appointments both in a call centre setting as well as in a back office administrative role.


The post also requires you to be willing and available to support the Outpatient Admin department at Musgrove Park Hospital and County Hall.

Duties will include managing patient referrals in line with key performance indicators and providing quality customer service to our patients both in a clinic reception setting as well as a call centre setting.
