The role:

We are looking for a Creative Video Producer who can make beautiful videos.


We're on a mission to build wealth for our generation with one easy place to build, grow and manage your savings and investments.


We believe that great content plays a huge role in this mission, so we want to make content that elegantly explains complex products, brings life and energy to dry topics, and builds a brand with a premium feel, but a personal touch.

We understand that premium content means highly polished videos alongside copy and design.


So we need someone who really knows how to use a camera, has a great eye for videography, can direct and storyboard video concepts, and edit their work to a professional finished product.


Sitting in the in-house Brand team, you will work closely with other creatives and content makers, as well as getting exposure to a fast-paced marketing team deploying your work across many different channels (social media, youtube, via CRM, in-app and potentially even TV and out of home).

You'll also get to know a wide mix of people across the business.

You will be given a lot of creative freedom, equipment, and the time to make truly remarkable content.

The days will be fast-paced and varied with a mix of filming out and about on location or in our office.


This role will play a huge part in an exciting creative team at the UK's fastest-growing fintechs, helping us shape our brand and create the best content in fintech.


What you can expect to be doing:

  • Filming and editing our in-house video content, on time, on brief and on brand.
  • Pitch, develop and test innovative branded video content.
  • Produce a variety of creative assets from Instagram Reels to Product launch videos, ranging from 15 seconds to 5 minutes.
  • Use insights from past performances to inform future creative.
  • Work with team members from other departments, to ensure our content fits within the broader Brand strategy.

What we're looking for:


  • Filming and editing experience (please send us a portfolio of previous work)
  • Photography skills
  • Someone who can turn around content from ideation to production faster than you can say "have you seen Duolingo's TikTok account".
  • Not afraid to push creative boundaries.
  • On top of the latest trends in video production.
  • You are able to explain complex concepts in simple and digestible terms.
  • A selfstarter who is happy to independently take a piece of content from ideation to production.

Desirable experience & skills

  • Experience using Adobe CC, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Lightroom, and Audition.
  • Experience using Sony DSLRs.
  • Personal interest in the fintech space.
  • Comfortable working to set deadlines.
