Our client is looking to recruit an Insurance Trainer ( transition to trainer provided but insurance experience essential) to join their team supporting their client on-site in the City of London.

Are you a London Market Insurance expert, Underwriting Assistant, back office or an Assistant Broker. You will have experience with Slip, LM topics, Binders, Line slips, Treaty vs Non, etc.

Maybe you have or are working towards, LM1 and LM2 or other CII exams. If you can help and guide others, then this is the perfect role for you.

This is a hybrid role that requires only a couple of days in the office each week.

You will provide expert support in the delivery of London Market Insurance Concepts and bespoke Systems and Processes training for new joiners to the business.

Supporting the business by providing both expert London Market insurance and technical (bespoke systems and processes) training to new and existing staff.
Maintaining and updating existing training material
Delivering physical and virtual training sessions based on a defined curriculum

You will:

Have worked in the London Market for several years, probably across a variety of roles, and have indepth London Market insurance knowledge.
Be an experienced trainer who can learn bespoke systems quickly, whilst understanding potential impacts on wider business processes.
Have previously designed training and supporting materials for end users on both technical and nontechnical topics in the London Insurance market.
CII qualifications would be a bonus.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
