Adecco Public Sector are proud to be working in partnership with a proactive Housing provider to source a Recruitment Advisor on a temporary basis for 4 months initially to support through a period of growth.

Salary:
£43,000k

London, hybrid working available

This is an exciting opportunity to deliver an efficient high quality and customer focused recruitment service across the organisation and support in recruiting and retaining the best talent.

The successful incumbent will deliver end to end recruitment campaigns where you will partner with key stakeholders to understand their requirements, develop sourcing strategies, advertise vacancies and upload to the e-recruitment system, support with the interview process as well as offer management and onboarding new starters.

As a recruitment advisor you will be instrumental in providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders internal and external and maximise customer satisfaction.

Demonstrable experience of leading the delivery of diverse, multiple recruitment campaigns that vary in profession and seniority level.
Experience of managing the full lifecycle of recruitment campaigns from the planning and design stage through to issuing offers and onboarding new starters.
Confidently demonstrate an understanding of inclusive recruitment.
Hold a relevant qualification such as CIPD/CPP or equivalent experience.
