RSM North Ltd is a property maintenance Company looking after the communal areas of several blocks of flats within the areas of West Yorkshire, Lancashire and the North East.

We require a maintenance person to regularly visit our blocks to ensure they are kept tidy and in good order.

Duties would include replacing light bulbs, some gardening and a little cleaning, fire alarm testing and any small maintenance jobs as required.

Person should be organised and able to work on their own initiative and able to manage their time effectively. They should be computer literate and willing to travel.

25-35 hours variable over 5 days a week (no weekends).

Salary £12.00 per hour, holidays will be discussed at the interview.

Driving licence essential. Van and works phone provided together with some equipment.
