About the role:
An inspiring children's charity are currently seeking to appoint an Accounts Assistant to join their team and support with the accounts receivable processes.

Main responsibilities include:
- Ensuring financial accounting administration for the organisation's income is produced in an accurate, timely manner using various systems
- Maintaining sales ledgers and primary input, dealing with daily bank balances and cheques, and monitoring debt levels
- Supporting with the preparation of month end reporting and balance sheet reconciliations
- Building rapport and working closely with various departments
- Effectively handling queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Hold or working towards an accounting qualification
- Demonstrate solid, proven experience in:
- Accounts receivables
- Dealing with a high volume of transactions
- Working with internal/external stakeholders of all levels
- Confident Excel and accounting software user
- Understanding of financial and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and organisation skills, able to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines within a fastpaced environment
