The Role:
As Scrum Master, you will be responsible for creating the best conditions for the Product Owner and Squad to work together.
You will facilitate relations between the squad and its environment, and provide support and coaching to the Product Owner, Squad and Stakeholder.
As an agent of change, you will be committed to disseminating, supporting and advising Agile Ways of Working and best practices throughout the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will guarantee the method for the benefit of the Product
- As a facilitator: You will ensure fluid communication and promote a positive atmosphere in the squad; leveraging appropriate tooling and governance
- Monitor deliveries (usually in Sprints) and actively supports the Squad in finding solutions to problems, whether technical, organisational or humanrelated
- Manage the integration of the squad
- To participate in agility management within a guild and/or chapter: Help to create and enhance tools that are reusable within the community
- Help to produce relevant content inspired by your experiences, particularly for training purposes
Skills & Attributes:
- Understanding of Agile in a Scrum Master / Scrum Coach role
- Customer centric approach
- Effective governance and stakeholder management (IT and Business)
- Ability to lead & motivate Agile and crossfunctional teams
- Knowledge of the Software Development roles and lifecycle
- Awareness and appreciation of IT and Business Risk & Cybersecurity
- Ability to collaborate / Teamwork
- Ability to share / pass on knowledge
- Ability to develop others & improve their skills (skill, culture, mindset)
- Ability to develop and adapt processes
- Ability to manage / facilitate
- Ability to inspire others & generate people's commitment
- Ability to use tooling to support Squad
- Awareness of Lean, Agile Scrum, Agile Kanban, DevSecOps, Design Thinking
- Understanding of the project mindset
- Understanding of Tribe and Guild approach and ability to create / support a new Squad, Tribe, etc. for new product
- Ability to manipulate Agile processes in line with business and delivery needs.
